1. What airports do you serve ?

OR Tambo International Airport, Lanseria International Airport and on request, Wonderboom Airport.

2. What are your operating hours ?

We are at your service 24/7 – 365 days a year.

3. What is your cancellation policy ?

We charge full rates for late cancellations and for not showing up. However, we are willing to make exceptions for exceptional cases. It is in your best interest to modify your reservation in time.

4. Where do you pick me up ?

At your home, business or hotel. At the airport our drivers will be waiting for you in the arrivals area holding a white signboard with our company’s logo and your name on it.

5. Do you accept credit cards ?

Yes, Visa and MasterCard. We may request a card to guarantee your reservation.

6. How far in advance should I book my transfer?

We advise booking as soon as you confirm your travel plans to ensure space availability. At a minimum, please allow at least 24 hours.

7. What kind of training do your drivers have?

Our main objective is the safe transportation of our clients. Our drivers undergo intensive classroom and road training covering all aspects of the service. Training include advance & defensive driver training and anti-hijacking training. Our drivers undergo medical examinations and past criminal behavior checks to ensure the safety of our clients.
